FuelSOME 4th GA meeting – Zurich
From September 4th to 6th, 2024, the #FuelSOME project partners gathered at @ZHAW for a productive General Assembly. The meeting kicked off with a city tour and a pre-meeting get-together, setting the stage for insightful discussions over the following two days.
Day 1 Highlights:
- Opening words from the project leadership.
- Work package leaders presented progress in project management (WP6), fuel specification and system design (WP1), SOFC technology development (WP2), and lab-scale system validation (WP3).
- Discussions on WP4’s focus on Techno-Economic Analysis (TEA) and Life Cycle Sustainability Assessment (LCSA) and WP5’s dissemination and exploitation strategies.
- The day ended with a tour of @ZHAW and a group dinner, fostering collaboration.
Day 2 Highlights:
- Technical workshops aligning WP2 and WP3 for prototype testing, and WP1 and WP4 for next steps on TEA and LCSA.
- WP5 and WP6 explored post-project opportunities, strategic exploitation, and business planning.
The event concluded with a wrap-up session, reflecting on the project’s status and objectives. This gathering allowed for valuable exchanges between partners, bringing clarity to upcoming actions and ensuring smooth progress for the project.
